Building and Heavily Modifying a 1989 Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-T - Part 3 - Uncovering hidden RUST...
We found a bunch of rust on our 1989 Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-T!
In today's episode of throtl, we continue the installation of our Pandem widebody kit on the R32 GTS-T. As Rickie was cutting the rear quarter panels to install the widebody kit, he stumbled upon a bunch of rust, covered by Bondo! Typically, finding rust on a project car would cause some serious concern. Luckily, we were already going to remove the rusted areas of the car because of the Pandem widebody kit.
In today's video, we modify the front and rear quarter panels and get the widebody kit fully mounted on the GTS-T. After getting the widebody panels installed on the car, Quinn mounted the Falken tires on our new Work Meister L1 3-piece wheels. Then, we mounted the Work wheels on the car to get an idea of what the final product will look like. We can't wait to get more mods on the GTS-T and get closer to seeing the final product.
Check out the video below to see how different the GTS-T looks with the Work wheels and Pandem widebody kit installed!
